At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Membership will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Inclusive Growth Forum cancels it.
As per our Bylaws, Membership is lost:
– Upon death.
– By written resignation sent to the Bureau at least six months before the end of the financial year.
– By exclusion as ordered by the Board of Directors, for just cause, with a right of appeal to the General Assembly. Appeals must be lodged within 30 days of the Board of Directors’ decision being notified.
– For non-payment of dues for more than one year.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Inclusive Growth Forum with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Inclusive Growth Forum to charge all Membership fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Inclusive Growth Forum will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
As per our Bylaws, the Board of Directors determines the annual membership fees for each category of member and submits them to the vote of the General Assembly meeting.
Inclusive Growth Forum can modify accordingly the Membership fees for the Subscriptions. Any Membership fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
